Processing Time
We will process your order within 1-3 days after you pay. We use DHL, FedEx or other logistics to ship the goods to you. You will receive a shipping notification email, which will inform you of the tracking number and the courier we used to ship your order. Please note that we do not ship on weekends. In addition, during peak periods or promotions, it may take longer.
Shipping Method and Delivery Time
We provide shipping address options at checkout, please fill in the actual shipping address. We charge a reasonable fee and customers can view the estimated shipping cost at checkout before completing the purchase. The shipping fee will be paid when you confirm the order and pay for the items. Shipping time will vary depending on your location, order size and weight. The estimated delivery time is 5-15 days and may change due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, carrier delays or other factors beyond our control.
Missing Tracking Information
After the order is shipped, please wait at least one business day for the tracking information to appear online/notified to you by email. If the tracking information is not updated and the estimated delivery date has passed, please contact our customer service team so we can assist you further.
How to Find a Delivered Package
Our email will notify you of the tracking number and the courier partner we used to deliver the package. You can track your package by logging into the designated courier service website and entering the tracking number provided.
If the tracking information indicates that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, we recommend the following steps:
Who besides you might have received the package? Do you live with family or roommates? Do you have a neighbor or doorman? Ask them if they received the package.
Was the package signed for? If so, do you recognize the name? Ask them if they received the package.
Do you have a back or side door? Perhaps you have a mailbox, mail room, or collection point? If so, the package may be there.
Do you know the postman? If so, ask them to confirm when and where the package was delivered.
